WHAT IS "IDLE"

IDLE is the time spent in between moments or furhter updates.

Minimum IDLE time must be of 1 hour.

If the event has a break time of 59 minutes or less, the standard hourly rate is applied.

EXAMPLE:

The event has two parts: the first one start from 9AM until 11AM. The second part happens from 7PM until 10PM.

In between this two moments, there is an IDLE time of 8 hours that will be charged according to the chosen plan.

COLISION WITH OFF-RANGE* MULTIPLE DAYS EVENTS:

In the case of multiple days events, you are usually charged by the night using the current fare.

If the event has 2 nights (ore more) with an uninterrupted schedule, you are not being charged for the IDLE time, but only for the nights.

However, if the events has 2 nights (or more) but with breaks in the schedule, you will be charged the IDLE time on top of the regular night fare.

Case study:

First day is happening from 11AM until 13PM. - Day over.

Second day is happening from 14PM until 16PM - Day over.

= No IDLE time is charged, only the night fare.

First day is happening from 11AM until 13PM and then from 16PM until 18PM.

Second day is happening from 14PM until 16PM and then from 19PM until 20PM.

= 6 hours of IDLE time, charged on top of the night fare.

*An off-range event is when it is happening outside of the default location mentioned in the chosen plan.
